Having never been involved with anything like this before I found the project extremely daunting. However right from the beginning and as work progressed I found Rab?s ability and knowledge reassuring. He was organised, tidy, easy to work with and turned up when he said he would. The work was done on schedule. He used his initiative in some really nice ways. For example, when the stair carpet was lifted he found the stairs to be in better condition than we expected so he made sure they were protected while the work went on in case we wanted to leave them uncarpeted at the end. His pricing was clear and fair and there were no surprises.
My neighbour, a retired engineer, was also impressed with Rab’s work, which we found reassuring. I have only good things to say about working with Robert Griffin Builders, and we absolutely love our new house.
